At Khushboo Living, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
International Orders
Our return policy for international orders is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Domestic (Pan India) Orders
Our return policy for orders within India is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The product must have a manufacturing or quality defect, or

You must have received the wrong product.
To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming that we have received the product.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
