Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on all orders across India.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can track your shipment in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may sometimes occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order. Khushboo Living will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
